Books: What do U like to read people! This life is about... Klinefelter Syndrome. + 1./47 XXY. It is a chromosomal gnéaschrómasóm. anomaly that happens in males, characterized by the presence of two. X - chromosomes gnéaschrómasóm. and one. Y - chromosome gnéaschrómasóm. causing, reduced testicular size seminiferous tubule dysgenesis. 98% of cases. Infertility!! I found out about my XXY gnéaschrómasóm brith condition after a (Karyotype) blood test being taken. The year was 2003. I was 33 years of age, at that time. I am a X/tra special person now that I know about being a Klinefelter Syndrome living 47 XXY person! ;):)
