Sweep picking takes a lot of practice. Start off with half of an arpeggio and use a metronome to keep yourself in rythm. This is very important. Play slow and work your way up because sweeps need to be played clean. Google sweeping techniques or visit your favorite guitar site for more information. Hope it helps.
